Vendors · Network

The network is the execution arm.

Dilogic does not have an in-house creative team, in-house media team, or in-house implementation team. When a strategy calls for execution, we brief specialist partners from a curated network. Apply to join.

Why we don't build in-house

Honest strategy sometimes recommends not buying execution at all.

A consultancy with an in-house execution arm has a structural problem: the recommendation gets bent toward the work the in-house team can sell. The bigger the team, the worse the bend. Strategy stops being honest because honest strategy sometimes recommends not buying execution at all.

We chose the opposite model. Strategy is owned by senior partners. Execution is briefed out to the right specialist for the problem, from a curated network of senior firms and operators. The network expands as new specialisms are needed and the bar for inclusion is high.

If you are a senior specialist firm or independent operator, this is the page that tells you whether the fit is real.

The bar for inclusion

Five conditions.

1

Senior expertise.

The principals on the work are senior, not junior. The same standard we hold ourselves to.

2

A track record we can verify.

Real engagements, real outcomes, real references. Anonymized is fine; vague is not.

3

Regional coverage where it matters.

MENA fluency for MENA-anchored work. EU fluency for EU-anchored work. Cross-border partners are particularly valued.

4

Fee transparency.

Vendors quote in writing. We do not work with partners whose pricing depends on opacity.

5

Willingness to be briefed and QA'd.

The network model only works if vendors operate inside a brief we hold and accept QA from us. If you prefer to own the strategy, we are not the right partner.

FAQ

Vendor questions.

Does Dilogic charge a fee to join the vendor network?
No. Dilogic does not charge vendors to apply, to be considered, or to be added to the network. We do not run a paid directory. We do not collect listing fees. The network exists to deliver execution against our strategy work; vendors are paid for the work they deliver.
How often does Dilogic add new vendors to the network?
When a current or near-term engagement creates a need a current vendor cannot serve. We do not run rolling vendor onboarding for its own sake. The bar for inclusion is high specifically because we want the network to be working, not a list of names we never call.
Are vendors named publicly on the Dilogic site or in cases?
No. Vendors are not named in published cases or on the public site. Internal credit and accountability is clear; external visibility is not. This is for the same reason clients are anonymized — discretion serves both sides.
Can I work with Dilogic on a single engagement before joining the network?
Sometimes. Most additions to the working network start exactly that way: a single trial engagement on a real piece of work. If both sides see the fit, the relationship continues. If either side doesn't, we close cleanly.
